A slab leak or roof leak soaked the ductwork and mold started within a week.
What we do: We treat this as an emergency. Containment goes up first, then we camera the system to see how far the moisture traveled. Saturated flexible duct gets replaced, the rest gets cleaned and sanitized, and we check the coil pan and drain line for standing water.
→ The system is dry, clean and safe to run again, usually within one day. You get documentation for your insurance claim if you are filing one.
02
You are selling a Murphy home and the buyer's inspector flagged mold in the ducts.
What we do: We run a NADCA Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI) level inspection, document everything on camera, and provide a written remediation scope. After the work, we re-camera and give you a clearance report the buyer's agent can attach to the file.
→ The deal moves forward with a documented remediation instead of a price reduction. Most closings we support clear within a week of the inspection.
03
A recent remodel left drywall dust and sawdust inside the duct system.
What we do: Post construction duct cleaning is the right call here. Drywall dust is alkaline and holds moisture, which is exactly what mold needs. We run the full mechanical clean, sanitize, and replace the filter with a fresh one sized to the system.
→ The new construction smell clears out, the ducts are clean, and you start the warranty period with a system that is not already contaminated.
04
You have multiple pets and the ducts have not been cleaned in years.
What we do: Pet dander is organic and holds moisture, so it feeds mold. We pull the hair and dander out with the rotary brush and HEPA vacuum, then sanitize. If the growth is heavy, we may recommend replacing the worst branch runs.
→ Less pet odor, fewer allergy symptoms, and a duct system that is not doubling as a dander reservoir. We give you a filter change schedule that fits a multi-pet home.
