Negative air machine with HEPA filtration
Keeps the entire duct system under vacuum during cleaning so loosened debris travels to the filter instead of into your living space. We run Abatement Technologies units and check filter condition before every job.
Rotary brush and air whip
The rotary brush scrubs the duct walls, and the air whip reaches the corners and boot connections the brush cannot. We size the brush to the duct so flexible duct liners do not get shredded.
Duct camera
Documents the interior condition of every accessible run before and after cleaning. You watch the screen with us, and you keep the footage. This is how we prove the work rather than describe it.
Compressed air nozzle
Clears the plenum, boot connections, and the tight spots around dampers where a brush will not fit. Run at controlled pressure so it does not damage duct insulation or dislodge mastic seals.
Duct fogger
Applies EPA-registered sanitizer as a fine mist that coats the interior surfaces evenly. Used only after mechanical cleaning and only where growth is confirmed, never as a substitute for brushing.
HEPA vacuum and coil cleaner
The HEPA vacuum handles final pickup at the registers and air handler cabinet. Coil cleaner and a soft brush restore the evaporator coil when it is matted, which is often the real airflow restriction.
Rotobrush and Nikro equipment
Our primary cleaning platforms for residential work. Both are maintained on a service schedule, and we keep spare brushes and whips on the truck so a worn tool never shortens a job.
